WELCOME to Forward Youth Group, a student focused ministry of Boonsboro Bible Church. Here is what you need to know–

OUR MISSION is to help every student grow in their faith and then learn how to confidently live out their faith.

God calls us in one direction – forward. We want nothing more than to be obedient to this call, therefore our youth group has a two-pronged focus;

  • GROW IN OUR FAITH – Mature in our understanding and relationship with Jesus.
  • GO IN OUR FAITH – Take the Good News of Jesus into the world around us.

Every week we will provide your youth with an opportunity to share a good meal, be engaged in thought-provoking and Bible-based teaching, and have fun. We hope that our community is one that is defined by respect, love and encouragement. FORWARD Youth Group is a safe place where young lives can be connected, ask difficult questions and seek a deeper relationship with their creator.

LEADERSHIP is provided by Mr. Erik Boettcher, a member and Bible teacher of Boonsboro Bible Church.

Erik has three children of his own involved in this youth group, is a veteran homeschooling father, and an experienced youth and child teacher. Additionally, Erik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Bible & Theology, as well as a Masters degree in Christian Ministry.
